Thai Green Curry Chickpea Tacos

One word, thousands of combinations, and made for endless celebrations. There is no food loved more than tacos.

I made this recipe for Ninja, who makes kitchen and home appliances. It was #gifted a Ninja Foodi, an all-in-one machine that is an air-fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, and steamer. I was skeptical at first, because with limited counter space, the last thing I need is clutter. BUT I've been using this consistently for about 6 months, and I am officially obsessed.

A favourite recipe using the air-fryer function is crispy chickpeas. In the oven, crispy chickpeas take ages, and never get fully crispy. But in this, within 20 minutes, they are perfectly crunchy chickpea snacks. I've made them with cinnamon and sugar, with paprika and garlic, but my favourite way to make them is with green curry paste, and popping them into tacos.
