Passover Gluten-free Halvah Brownies

Updated: Apr 13

Sayonara, anyone who doesn't like halvah... and attention to those who have a soft spot for this sweet, fudgy, Middle Eastern sweet!

Get your hands on these fudgy gluten-free halvah brownies! We're unlocking pure halvah joy just in time for Passover. Chewy, cakey, and the perfect amount of sweetness... I could eat this all day long but I won't. I'll leave that to you guys.

Brownies are one of my favorite desserts, and I’m always looking for ways to reinvent them. In this recipe, I’ve combined two of my favorite ingredients just in time for Passover: brownies and halvah.

Halvah is a sweet, nutty treat that is traditionally made from ground sesame seeds and honey. Its wonderful earthy flavor is the perfect complement to rich chocolate brownies. If you've never heard of them before, don't worry! Halvah comes in blocks and is widely available in Mediterranean markets and in the international aisle of many grocery stores.

Add these gluten-free treats to your Passover seder! Scroll down below for the full Passover Gluten-free Halvah Brownies recipe.
