Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Raise your hand if you love snacks. I don't mean boring snacks - I mean delicious, crave-worthy snacks that get you excited for the afternoon. That's why I love this recipe for Cookie Dough Protein Balls - no food processor or equipment needed, just a spoon, a bowl and hands for rolling!

If you love perfect bars, protein bars, or overpriced energy balls, you'll love these protein bites! Heck, if you love cookies, you'll love these bay boys.


I used almond flour in my recipe, but feel free to use your fave nut butter and sweetener to mix it up!

Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Makes 12-16 balls

Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ c. oat flour

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • 1-2 scoops protein powdered, unflavored

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ cup almond butter (or cashew butter)

  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips



Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a bowl, mixing until combined.

  2. Add the chocolate chips

  3. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

  4. Enjoy!
