Blackberry Protein Overnight Oats

My favorite types of mornings? Days when I can wake up slow and stay energetic fast 😋

Wake up slow, stay energetic fast. That's what happens when you start your morning with these Blackberry Protein Overnight Oats.

Kick back and relax for breakfast, because these protein-rich overnight oats are bursting with fresh blackberry flavor and are super easy to make. You don’t need to spend all day making this— prep everything the night before and wake up to it being ready for you!

Blackberries don't just look and taste good, they're super good for you too!

Treating yourself to blackberries in the morning is a great way to get your day off to a healthy start. The fiber and vitamins will give you more energy and help keep your blood sugar stable. This helps prevent you from getting hungry just an hour or so later.

Another big plus? Blackberries are high in vitamin C, which will help you fight off colds and infections. Something we all need these days!

Treat yourself right with this fruity breakfast that’s so easy to make, you can do it before bed (and we won’t even tell anyone).
