Updated: Jan 22, 2020
Gut health is all the rage lately. It's on blogs and in magazines anywhere you look. And for good reason. Gut health is super important, and it's something you might want to look into. The importance of a healthy gut is no joke, and there are plenty of dietary choices you can make to benefit the health of your gut. Starting with this probiotic rich Beet Kefir Soup.
Now bear with me, cold soup isn't as weird as it sounds. There's borscht, vichyssoises, and then some. It's super refreshing on a hot day, and the perfect way to cool down
This soup is mighty garlicky and tangy. It's like eating a pickle-y soup, but trust me, it's delicious.
To save time, use pre-steamed beets instead of cooking them yourself. Both are delicious options.
