Milk and health always go hand in hand.
Milk’s nutrients make it a healthy and essential nutrient for the growth and development of children and adults.
Milk is a source of essential vitamins and minerals. Drinking just one cup of milk will make you one step closer to fulfilling your daily needs for these critical nutrients.
This especially applies to nutrients such as selenium and vitamins B12 and D, which we generally take into our body significantly less than they should.
In addition to the mentioned nutrients, milk contains vitamin A, zinc, magnesium and B1.
Moreover, one of the primary nutrients that make milk a signature drink for the health of the body is the proteins in milk.
Considering that there are 8 grams of protein in a cup of cow’s milk, 7 grams in soy milk, and only 1 gram in almond milk, cow’s milk is the best source of this nutrient.

Do you know what a Martini is?
Most of you will be nodding your head.
Moreover, we expect a few brave people to stand up and say – “Yes, I drink it all the time!”.
For the impatient, two different things bear the name – Martini.
One is a company engaged in the production of alcoholic beverages.
The second is a famous cocktail.
The company was founded in 1863 in Italy. It was founded by Alessandro Martini, Teofilo Sola and Luigi Rossi.
Their most famous product, from which it all started, is nothing else than Vermouth.
Here, we will write about the cocktail.
A Martini is a classic cocktail that typically consists of gin, dry Vermouth, and a garnish, such as a lemon twist or olive.
This drink is called Dry Martini.

Carlos “Danny” Herrera, the owner of the Tijuana restaurant Rancho La Gloria, claimed to have invented this drink in 1938.
What inspired him?
A picky dancer – Marjorie King said she was allergic to all drinks except tequila but didn’t like drinking it neat.
So Herrera came up with a drink based on tequila and created a margarita.
While all bartenders can relate to the picky guest’s plight, Herrera claimed to have developed this classic.
However, Herrera is one of many people trying to take credit for one of America’s most popular drinks.
Another famous candidate for the title of “inventor” of the Margarita claims that it is based on her name because it is called… Margarita.
Margarita Sames of Dallas insisted that she made this drink for a group of her friends on vacation in Acapulco in 1948.
Her friend, Tommy Hilton, put a cocktail on Meny at his Hilton Hotels chain.
However, by 1945, the Jose Cuervo tequila brand already had an advertising campaign promoting the drink, stating, “Margarita: It’s more than a girl’s name.”
So it isn’t possible that this Margarita can take credit for creating this cocktail after all.
